Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RateUp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must use an eligible university email and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and activity. RateUp may restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, academic dishonesty, infringement, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Service and user content

RateUp provides study-planning, professor-discussion, private-library, and AI tools. Academic and AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not an official university decision. You retain rights in content you submit and grant RateUp the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and moderate it. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Reviews and acceptable use

Public professor reviews are displayed without the student's name, but RateUp retains the account relationship for safety and moderation. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not include harassment, personal data, threats, impersonation, or fabricated claims.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

RateUp Pro may be offered monthly or yearly. The exact price and period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting RateUp does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Apple handles refunds under its policies.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateUp is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost grades, or decisions made from app or AI output. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام RateUp فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. يجب استخدام بريد جامعي مؤهل وتقديم بيانات صحيحة، ويحظر الغش والإساءة وانتهاك الحقوق أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة.

يوفر التطبيق أدوات للخطة الدراسية وتقييمات الأساتذة والمكتبة الخاصة والذكاء الاصطناعي. قد تكون النتائج الأكاديمية أو مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي غير مكتملة ولا تعد قرارًا رسميًا من الجامعة. يجب أن تكون التقييمات حقيقية وخالية من الإساءة والبيانات الشخصية والادعاءات الملفقة.

قد يتوفر RateUp Pro باشتراك شهري أو سنوي متجدد تلقائيًا. يظهر السعر والمدة قبل الشراء، ويتم الخصم من حساب Apple. يتجدد الاشتراك ما لم يُلغَ قبل نهاية المدة، ويمكن إدارته من إعدادات اشتراكات Apple. حذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك، ويمكن استعادة المشتريات من داخل التطبيق.
