Account Deletion

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to RateUp.
2. Open Profile, then Privacy.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently removes the account and associated profile, academic records, reviews and replies, plans, conversations, saved items, device registrations, and private-library records. Private uploaded objects are deleted as part of the request; limited backup or security records may remain temporarily or where legally required.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@rateup.to from your registered university email with the subject “RateUp account deletion request.” Support will verify account ownership before deletion. Do not send a password or verification code.

Subscription note: deleting your RateUp account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in Apple Account subscription settings.

حذف الحساب

سجّل الدخول ثم افتح الملف الشخصي ← الخصوصية ← حذف الحساب وأكّد الطلب. سيُحذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به نهائيًا. إذا تعذر الدخول، أرسل من بريدك الجامعي المسجل إلى support@rateup.to بعنوان “RateUp account deletion request”. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق.

حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك Apple؛ يجب إلغاؤه بصورة منفصلة من إعدادات اشتراكات Apple.
